✮⋆ Commissions are strictly for personal use and cannot be used for profit without purchasing a commercial license.

USE & COMMERCIAL FEES

✮⋆ Do NOT trace, copy, or feed my artwork into AI generators/training models.

✮⋆ Always properly credit me as the creator.

Personal Use

✮⋆ Using the artwork for icons, banners, stream schedules, standard social media posts, etc.

✮⋆ Printing the artwork for your own private use is permitted, provided it is not sold for profit.

Commercial Tier I (+50%)

✮⋆ Streaming graphics such as starting, ending, or waiting screens, thumbnails, etc.

✮⋆ Promotional and marketing material, or content intended to help generate income.

✮⋆ Assets like PNGtubers, stream panels, and emotes already have the commercial fee included.

✮⋆ For larger brands and established businesses, the fee ranges from +100% to +200%.

Commercial Tier II (+100%–200%)

✮⋆ Covers all rights from Tier I.

✮⋆ Utilizing the artwork to manufacture or sell physical/digital merchandise.

✮⋆ For larger businesses and brands, the fee can go up to +300%.

✮⋆ You must still credit me as the original artist.

DEADLINES & DELIVERY

✮⋆ Completion usually takes between 2 ~ 6 weeks or 1 ~ 3 months( like, for vtuber), depending on my schedule and current workload.

Please refrain from rushing the process.

✮⋆ If I require additional time for any reason, I will inform you promptly.

✮⋆ Rush orders with tight deadlines will incur an extra fee (+20%–50%).

✮⋆ Progress updates will be provided after the rough sketch and the colored sketch stages. Afterward, you may request adjustments as long as they remain reasonable (1–4 revisions maximum).

PAYMENT

✧ An invoice will be sent to your email ( or other platform) via normal bank transactions.

ill send my bank data, if your bank doesnt accept it, i can use paypal (15% fee) or stripe(10%).

✧ Full payment is required up front before work begins.

✧ A 60/40 payment plan (within a 2-week period) is available for orders over €250.

✧ All sales are final and non-refundable, unless I am unable to complete your project.
